Suggestions for PAL -> NTSC?

I have some PAL DV video that I need to convert to to NTSC. I have Adobe
Premier Pro and After Effects. Any tips on converting?

When using Adobe Premiere you export a movie from the timeline, one of the
video options allows you to specify standard: PAL or NTSC.



Please be more specific: you're asking because you're not aware of this
option or you're not satisfied with the results?
