Question Suggestions for pci e network adapters?

I currently have a Asus PCE-AC88 AC3100 PCI-E Adapter, and its losing packets constantly 0-24% pl

Got my money back and they didnt even want the card back lmao
So im looking for a new one, max 100 euro

Not really, i just picked the most expensive one i found, i dont really know anything about network adapters and thought i would have no problems with it

I do want to get my full 250 mbps down and up tho, which i did get with the card i have but the packetloss is unbareable

You can try out other manfactures.
