Question Suggestions for replacing my old LG E2290V monitor ?

Hello. I believe I need to buy some better display as it's an old monitor, I'm searching for a 22 inch or 24 inch preferably with height adjustment. I need something affordable and worth investing. The GPU used with this monitor will be a GTX 1070 so I don't know if anything above 75Hz is worth taking into consideration.

What type of games do you play?
If its first person shooters like CSGO or Valorant for example, ideally you would want a 144hz refresh rate monitor, as it will be a huge change from 60hz, for the better of course. A gtx 1070 can push beyond 144 fps in those types of games with ease, although they are more CPU intensive than GPU, but my point still stands.
If its some single player games, or AAA titles, like cyberpunk or GTA V for example, you wont be getting exactly 144fps, but still it wouldnt hurt to get a 144hz one.
