What do you all think about this flow design for my liquid cooling system?
The cooled reservoir will have a hole cut into it, a heat sink will be screwed into it, and then 4, 245W Peltiers will be sandwiched between it and another heat sink, just like the first one, which will be air-cooled.
I would really like to achieve sub-zero celcius CPU temps, but I'm guessing that will probably not happen with this setup, so I'm willing to settle for near-zero celcius or even below ambient temps around 10C-15C.
Yes, I do realize that below-ambient temps can cause condensation, but I will be handling that in a way to prevent water damage to any components.
Components Being Cooled:
I may be adding the PCH into the loop later on if I can find a waterblock for this motherboard

CPU: i7-5960X 3.0Ghz 8-Core 140 Watts (May Overclock To 4.5Ghz)
GPU: Quad-SLI Titan X 12GB Superclocked 250 Watts Each (I know diagram only shows 2, but there will be 4)
