Hello,
I have an older computer and am looking to upgrade it for my son to use for gaming and fortnite :)
My initial thought was to upgrade the video card. What do you guys recommend as a budget friendly replacement primarily for gaming? Should I add more RAM as well since I have three slots available? Or do you think it's a waste of my money to try and upgrade this box? These are the specs of my old computer:
Asus P6T motherboard ( i think it's a standard p6t)
i7 920 2.67
Nvidia GTS 250 512MB
6GB RAM 3x2 (Corsair CM3X2G1600C9D6 2GB DDR3 1600mhz 240 DIMM )
Thermaltake 850W
Samsung SSD
Windows 10
Thanks in advance!

The 920 is quite old, but it can do barely. If you are changing RAM, buy a kit of 8 gigs, not mix and matched RAM as that can cause problems. GPU needs an upgrade as well.

What is your budget? You can use some parts from this build for the new system.
