[SOLVED] Suggestions on building a pc?

So i've been looking into building a pc i don't need a monitor. My budget is around 50,000 INR or 700$. I found that a gtx 1060 is probably good for this price range. But is it okay enough for gaming in 2019? Also Any other part suggestions? Thanks.

Gtx 1060 is fairly decent. I own the zotac Gtx 1060 6gb amp edition and at high graphic settings the frame rate is decent. But at ultra setting, u can see the difference.

The 580 and 1060 trade blows game to game. The extra VRAM could be beneficial in some games/tasks.

I appreciate it but my budget is kindaa so i really can only do around 700$, where can i make some compromises to make the total around that much do really need a ryzen 2600 will a cpu around 13,000 rupees do? Like a ryzen 1600. Just how important is a cpu for gaming? Sorry but i'm new to pc building
