So i've been looking into building a pc i don't need a monitor. My budget is around 50,000 INR or 700$. I found that a gtx 1060 is probably good for this price range. But is it okay enough for gaming in 2019? Also Any other part suggestions? Thanks.:)

The 580 and 1060 trade blows game to game. The extra VRAM could be beneficial in some games/tasks.
The above list is to get an idea of what kind of components to look out for. Check your local markets as the prices might be different as quoted here.
If purchasing online, MD Computers, PrimeABG and IT Depot are some good sites to check for best prices, before you try Amazon/Flipkart.
