So I feel like it is time to retire my 8 years old GTX 970 & i7 4790K. Here is the build I have in mind, let me know what edits you might have. Just note I am restricted in some components to what I find in the Market as I am based in Middle East like the PSU Pick for example.

GPU: GALAX RTX™ 4080 16GB SG 1-Click OC
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700K
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z790-P
RAM: Patriot Viper Venom RGB DDR5 32GB (2 x 16GB) 6200MHz
SSD: Crucial P3 2TB PCIe 3.0 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD
Case: NZXT H710
PSU: GIGABYTE P1000GM - 1000W - 80 PLUS GOLD
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
Monitor : Dell G3223Q or Gigabyte M32U

I currently have a NZXT and it served me well, thought this case was Okay, does it have issues and do you have other suggestions? I am looking for a mid tower as full tower is just too big.

edit: Also Pcgamer named it as best mid-tower for the year: https://www.pcgamer.com/best-pc-case/

The quality is nice, but the design looks boring. By looking at it I would think it's an office computer, not a gaming computer :D

With your pretty powerful config, I'd expect a case like this

Few thoughts on you build:

You could go with a higher tier mobo. The Prime-p is the basic model. A prime-a or MSI pro-a or tomahawk or Asus tuf series would all be good choices.

there is diminishing returns going above 6000mhz in ram speeds. If you are paying about the same cost as to a 5600/6000 mhz ram, its a good buy.

I would suggest a bit higher tier SSD as well - Crucial P5+, Samsung 970+, WD SN770/850, MSI Spatium M480, sabrent rocket q4

I would go for a good 850w PSU. that gigabyte is not a good model. Try for Corsair RMe/RMx 850 or MSI A850GF or seasonic 850W PSUs

You could save some cash by going with Deepcool AK620 or Thermaright Peerless Assassin cooler instead of the noctua...

Thanks for the Suggestions!

for the mother board what do you think of : ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI DDR5 or ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI DDR5 if both basically the same cost?

For the SSD, yeah I couldn't find the P5 in the market, Samsung is quite available though, will there be noticeable difference though going from 970 to 980 and to 990
For the PSU, couldn't find a lot of options locally unfortunately, but I heard good things about EVGA, will an EVGA 850W 80 Plus Gold be good? and the MSI I found was that "MSI MPG A850GF 850W 80 Plus Gold " hich I am not super sure about
