I'm very new to this stuff, and can't figure out what is best over the hundreds of different things to look over. What should I get? My budget is around 600-700$, and wish to be able to play new games without exploding my computer. I also own my own monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc. So that can be left out. Thanks!

One question that I can put on here, would that build be able to play games like BF4? No ultra graphics, atleast med-high. And would I be able to replace the graphics card with a GTX 660 without any problems (Like the size of the case, or it just wont be compatible), Thanks!

yes that would all be fine
