Regarding the CPU, I don't plan on overclocking so i thought i should go for the 4770. Isnt it worth the extra 60$?.
And isn't 8gb of RAM going to bottleneck in the near-future games?

It isn't worth the extra money for gaming. And you'll be good with 8GB ram for a while. If you ever want more, just add more. If you wont be overclocking, get the i5 4570. It is around $180 and a great gaming CPU. Also get an H87 motherboard since you won't be overclocking

amen to that, and why do you need cooler if you don't even have a K overclockable CPU?,,,

Yes, your power supply will be enough. If you want to overclock, go for a Z87 motherboard. I'd recommend the ASRock Extreme4 since it is a very solid motherboard at a good price.

i mean, you can get something cheaper like a 30$ HYPER 212 EVO if that is compatible with your CPU. it will provide better cooling, be much quiter too, increase longevity of your CPU and I think its cheaper than the silver arrow
