I am going to overclock Sapphire r9 290 triple-x and i5-4690k going to go with xfx 550w pus should l get more W one or is this fine also should i stick with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for CPU cooling or should i get something better mid tier

So i should stick with it and decide later if its worth upgrading

Any suggestions on a 650w supply and a good mid tier noctua cooler not looking for something expensive

Here is my current build
