Suggestions on Ram and CPU cooler

Hello,

I recently decided to upgrade my PC. I was originally going to do a full rebuild MOBO and all. I have now decided just to Upgrade from 8gb of ram to 16gb and do an all sealed water cooled unit. I tried to buy a upgraded fan once before and it didn't fit so this time I'm coming to some of the experts here. I would like to see more than one persons suggestion. It seems like when I make posts one person replies and then nobody else even bothers.

The PC is mainly used for gaming I currently have an AMD R9 390 8gb GPU and will be upgrading in a few months to the 1080 TI.*

Current build
MOBO MSI - Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150
Ram GSkill Sniper series 2x4gb
CPU Intel - Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ( With stock cooler) I want to overclock it a bit so this is why I want the Water cooler.

also w/o knowing your case its iffy to suggest stuff (as not all cases can fit some of the larger radiators)

This I believe is my case. It looks exactly like mine. I know it's a Thermal Take but I don't know what model. Searched all over the thing only found a serial number comes up with nothing..

^ no differece spec wise,same speed , same latencies.

Either are fine.

You could fit a cryorig h7 tower in there in all honesty & its easily enough for,overclocking a haswell quad core.
