suggestions on some peripherals?

ok, for my first rig, ive decided to get the k70 as the keyboard. I haven't decided on mouse, maybe deathadder or m65? as for monitor, would the asus vs247h-p be decent enough?

I have the Deathadder, and love it for regular use and for gaming (SC2, CoD:BO2, many others); I highly recommend it. As for the monitor, I haven't used that one before, but Asus makes good products and from what it says on the Newegg page you linked, I think it would be pretty good.
