If all the modules have the same voltage, you should be able to run all 10GB.
I did similar thing, I used 2+4GB DDR3 with different speed before and it ran ok.
Your RAM will run as fast as the slowest of all 4 modules.

ok so, right now only cpu-z recognize them all, in task manager only 6gb are recognized..Do you know how to change the timings of the 4gb module in order to match the others?

fyi they're all at the same speed and voltage, only timings are wrong 3x2gb @ 8 8 8 24 and 1x4gb @ 9 9 9 24
The RAM modules will run as fast/slow as the slowest one.
9-9-9-24 is the slowest one.
The speed difference is however not something you can notice in any way except using benchmark programs.
Forcingly changing the timing can be done in BIOS but could lead to instability.

ok thanks, do you have any idea why windows 10 task manager reads them as ddr2?
