looks like mix of everything, from work to leisure, 8700k or any high MHz CPU advance on instruction per cycle (IPC) like workload such as application startup, light threaded compute (web browsing, excel calculation, photoshop filter/effect), to specific gaming dependency. You can add intel optane module to speed up SSD and SATA drive.

For a similar price tag you can consider AMD VEGA 64 graphic card, the down side is it draw slight wattage than GTX 1070Ti but get more frame per second in return for gaming.

I'd skimp SATA spindle storage and go for 1TB SSD, more life span and less wattage. You can always back up old file on USB 3.1 Flash drive.

You can cut down spending on two 4GB RAM, unless you're dealing with heavy video editing...
Depends what you're doing with it. I'd strongly consider a comparable Ryzen build if the increased core count will benefit you. I'd also compare prices on the video cards. I'm seeing the 1080 cheaper than the 1070TI in many cases,

i like intel better... but if there is anything you think i should change(but still sticking to intel) what would it be? i will be using it for mostly gaming and also for future upgrades.

yup i think it has mesh up front and on top. thanks much for your comment.

I'd invest in Titanium Grade PSU (EVGA T2, Seasonic Prime Ultra), you can start new thread of advantage of titanium grade PSU for business over lower grade PSU (platinum - gold -silver - bronze), for casual daily usage your planned TT toughpower grand TGB should suffice.
