Question Suggestions to upgrade GPU on my old system

Hello,
I built a system form myself in 2015, and it's finally having issues. I need to upgrade the GPU or buy a new system. The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z170M-D3H-CF, and I currently have a Radeon R9 380. The system still meets my needs, but it is starting to show it's age. I'm looking at an RX 5600 XT or 6600, but they are not cheap. I also am going to need a new CPU. If I upgrade the two of them it's looking like $5-600 CAD. Do you guys think it's worth the money or should I just get a whole new system?

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3700 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) Also being replaced

CPU cooler: Air cooled fan
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170M-D3H-CF BIOs date is 09/08/15

Ram: 16GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: 250GB SSD and a 2TB HDD
GPU: Radeon R9 380
PSU: Rosewill green series RG700-s12 - 700 W More than 10 years old.
Chassis: Thermote Micro ATX Tower
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: LG Flatron W2442PA - bf

Issues: There is a green screen of death when watching video streaming online. There is some game instability, and there is no pattern. There are random games at random times. It's mostly just getting too old. The GPU is no longer supported by reason. I also need a new CPU. I can't upgrade to Windows 11 with what I have.
