It was a premade computer I want to get a new fan old one broke and 16gb Ram and better processor want to be able to play apex no lag good fps

With your budget there isnt a reason to upgrade that pc. Reuse your ssd/hdd and the parts below.

No point upgrading this PC.
I have the exact same CPU and the only thing you should think of is buying a new PC.
No point investing in DDR3 RAM.

I would suggest that you overclock your CPU, because it sucks at stock speed. :)

If you want to have nice FPS on this PC, you must overclock it. We got the same CPU, mine is running at 4.5ghz instead of stock 3.5ghz giving me around ~25fps boost.

ALSO:

You need your RAM to run in Dual Channel for good performance, how many sticks of RAM u got?
