Attention to detail and conscientiousness of whoever actually assembles these parts.

Do you really need those high end parts?

That board has better cooling than the MSI in your post but tbh I'd look at the 13700K or 13600K paired up with the Z790-P if your primary use will be for gaming.

Get the 4000D Airflow case your going to need the cooling and I would just get the 13700K processor.

Or do you want to buy based purely on published specifications and speculation?

It's better but the 60A DrMOS is still a bit weak for that cpu. Is there any particular reason you're not interested in the 13700K?
