Suitable 1gb graphics card for desktop pc mini tower

Which suitable and cheap 1gb graphics card will be compatible with desktop pc mini tower.

The desktop pc mini tower current spec is:

No brand case.
Intel core 2 duo e8500 3.16ghz.
DG33BU motherboard.
Ati Radeon HD3450 256mb graphics card.
6GB DDR2 ram.
Don't know the PSU. It has three very quiet fans, one on the back, one on the side and one on the top.
Windows 8.1 pro 64bit with update 1.

I'm in the UK and I can install the 1gb graphics card myself.

The problem is you don't specify the purpose of the card. Do you want some gaming performance or just basic usage?

If it's just basic usage then you'll see no difference getting a better card.

You can use pcpartpicker. A card like the GTX750 1GB would give some basic gaming performance and might only need a 250Watt PSU.
