[SOLVED] Suitable for 1080p 75Hz Gaming?

As the title states, is this system suitable for 1080p gaming these days? Refresh rate would be 75Hz

Also, anyone know a rough resale price for this system?

A 1070 is still quite relevant in the GPU space, particularly right now.
That 2600K is long in the tooth and certainly the "weak" spot in that rig.
