While I generally wouldn't recommend a 4GB card today, on a card with the performance of a 1050 Ti It most likely wouldn't matter. You'd be limited by the performance of the card before you run out of memory. Heck, I can't get the 6GB on my 1060 fully loaded without dropping to unplayable framerates.
The 4 GB 1050 Ti should be fine.

How about the GTX 1650 4GB is it okay to pair up with my current cpu and mobo? will it bottleneck?
