I HAVE I3-4170 3.5GHZ 6gb DDR3 RAM with 2gb intel hd graphics , one slot is empty which is PCI Express x16 slot (Gen 3.0) MEMPHIS 2S MOTHERBOARD 180W PSU , CAN SOME ONE SUGGEST ME COMPATIBLE GRAPHIC CARD WITH BRAND

Many Nvidia GT730 would fit the bill.

Here is an actual HP one coincidentally. Already low profile. You might want to double check what your monitor has for inputs. Display Port and DVI (you could adapt that down to VGA)
