I need to know the best graphics card combo within 5000₹ for my Intel core i5 7400 processor. Is a GT 730 2GB DDR5 good for home PC gaming????

Your budget is low. If you are going for demanding games, avoid the GT730 as it is made for very mild usage. At this price, I'd suggest going with the iGPU (integrated GPU for on your CPU).
