suitable graphics card for gaming

Want some help on what decent graphics card for gaming to buy for my pc.. BTW, I prefer games like dota 2

My pc specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon II x2 250 @3.00 Ghz
MoBo: emaxx-MCP61DR3-iCafe v2.0
PSU: 500W
OS: Windows 7 ultimate
Budget: 65-70$

lower than this and the cards aren't very good generally but a R7 240 such as this can be good:

if you're willing to look at used cards, this 7770 is buy now for $70 which is a fair price.

7770 has good performance in most games is a nice entry card.
Could always look for used cards on ebay if you want.
