At that price range, the GT 1030 is going to be your fastest choice.
Or wait until you've saved up more money.
Btw, I'm in the US. Not sure if you might find a GT 1030 somewhere else cheaper in India, but Newegg is my usual go-to place here.

Any PCIe x16 gfx card will work with that board. If you are concerned about PCIe versions, that is a backward-forward compatible interface. 2.0 cards work with 3.0 boards and vice-versa.
Yes, the GT 710 will work in that board. But it isn't much of a performance bump from the integrated GPU in the G2020.
