Suitable MoBo for i5 4690 and Radeon R9 270x 2GB?

I'm not very good at picking motherboards, and I really need your help here. I'm building a mid-class gaming system. So far I've decided to get the i5 4690 (or the Xeon 1231 v3), and a R9 270x video card. I've heard that the best brands to look at are ASUS, Gigabyte and MSi. Here are some MOBOs I've looked at:

I would just go with the xeon if you don't plan on overclocking, and I would just get the z97 A from asus which is probably the best board for under $150 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97a

These boards are waaay too expensive and over my budget! In Bulgaria (where I live), the z97 is $230. Basically, I'm interested in the models I listed above. Which brand offers the most for less money? The h97 is probably my favorite, in spite of the fact that it's more expensive. By the way, the round golden thing above its chipset, is it a fan or a radiator? Because fans are too noisy...

Problem is, I cannot find a gigabyte r9 270x video card in my local stores, and I know that it is preferable to have MoBo and video card of the same manufacturer. So, between the MSi and the ASUS?

Gigabyte and msi both have poor support for countries outside of the us and Canada. Just get the h97 board from asus, they have good support for pretty much everywhere in the eu. They also have the best durability, when companies ship things overseas to other places that sell the boards they normally have a fairly long trip, and asus boards normally can take a lot more of the abuse because of the quality control tests that they do on all of their boards.
