Suitable motherboard for intel i5 3rd gen 3570k

I wanna buy I5 3570k processor and i already got a newly purchased Intel DH55pj mother board. So is the motherboard compatible with the I5 3570k processor? If yes, what are the drawbacks in this combination? Please help me..

No, the board is LGA 1156.
