I need to change my current power supply, do I get one with the same wattage or can I get one with a higher wattage?

Processor - AMD Athlon(tm) 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ 2.70 GHz
Graphic card - AMD Radeon HD 5450
motherboard - colorfire 4350-GD2

Don't know what wattage you have, but higher wattage doesn't hurt the pc it only might make things less efficient.
For a pc like that would a good quality 300watt already be fine,a Seasonic S12II 360watt for instance or the 430watt would be great.
For other good psu's could you use the next list for possibilities,

look at tiers 1+2 preferably, but tier 3 should still be fine.

Thanks for the list, it was helpful!
The wattage I currently have is 220v, 50Hz, 6A .... So its okay for me to get one with wattage from 300 - 400+ ?

Yes between 300/450watt should be fine. A little higher could be transferred to a new system and support a little beefier parts, but i don't know if you will build a new system in the future that might have that,by building i mean doing it yourself.
The ones i mentioned are good offers, the new Corsair CX450M seems to be decent too and not too expensive.

Great! thanks for you help!
