suitable RAM needed

Pls suggest me suitable ram for my fujitsu laptop . It is fujitsu lifebook A544. currently it is having 4gb of ram. I want to upgrade it with 8 GB with total capacity of 12Gb ram. My need is to run GNS3 in my laptop.
