A $30,000 F5 load balancer from bigip. :)

If we ignore wireless since no single device will handle 60 users you router selection is mostly going to be based on how much traffic you are running. The router size is more based on the internet connection size than the actual number of users. 100 users sharing a 10m internet and 10 users sharing a 10m internet is not going to be much different other than it is unusable for the 100 users because it is too small.

I suspect any of the more common dual wan router will work since you are only running dsl connections.

Still your largest issue is the load balancing. This is close to impossible to do....unless you really do buy something like a F5. The example I use that most people...

Still your largest issue is the load balancing. This is close to impossible to do....unless you really do buy something like a F5. The example I use that most people have seen are game companies. Most have some kind of authentication server and then a number of actual game servers. You must log into the authentication server and then you are allowed access to the game server. If you were to use one internet connection to log into the authentication server and the other to log into the game server you will have 2 different IP addresses. The game company will detect this as hacking as disconnect you

It is very common for a web site to be made up of multiple servers. For example you might build your order on one group of servers but when it comes time to pay the credit card stuff is handled by a actual different company. You may not notice unless you look closely but if you would have different IP addresses it would confuse this process.

How can a device know about all these internet sites that use multiple server configurations.

Pretty much you are going to have to use a load balancer to assign certain users to one connection and other users to the other. It will somewhat balance but never completely.

You can also load third party firmware on many consumer routers and they have the ability to do multiple wan connections but none really solve the problem of actual load balancing. If you were to buy a router in the $200 range it will have more than enough cpu and memory to do what you want.
