Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120mm cooler on a GA-ep45-ud3p mobo?

Anyone have experience with this cooler? I'm wondering whether it will fit on a Gigabyte ep45-ud3p mobo in an Antec 900 case.

I'm leaning toward this cooler vs. the Xiggy 1283 since the backplate for the Xiggy is out of stock at Newegg (and has been so for a week or two).

Any help would be most appreciated.

I was wondering the same thing, this guy: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?p=1033218392 said that it doesn't, but he didn't even confirm it just said that he "realized" that it won't fit. I really want this cooler with this mobo, so any feedback will be appreciated.

It won't work the mounting bracket is great, but it is too darn big with everything crowed around the socket. Just got one and am sending it back.
