Yes this have alot to do with cpu's ok.

How did we make the Ultimate computer and what does it have in it

We we made it with a team of 4 people to make this super computer this computer can play any game on the market with 60+ with all high options

its specs:

You spent way too much on your computer for what it'll be able to play. You should grab a pair of 5870s, or even a 5890 instead of the 295, and that way you'll be ready for DX11 games and can have several monitors running to boot.
