Question SUPER FAST 7 PASS WIPE?

I performed a 7 pass wipe on 100GB HDD partition from bootable partition manager and it got over within 10 minutes. How's this possible?

That math does not work....

700 GB in 10 min = 70 GB/minute = 70,000 MB = 1160 MB/sec sustained writes? Certainly not happening with a spinning drive.
