Super High CPU Usage While Idle

My CPU usage while idle is around 70% to 99%. Right now as I'm typing this with only Google Chrome and task manager running the CPU usage is from 58% to 64%. What's wrong and what can I do to lower it?

Can you post a screenshot or a link to a screenshot of your Task Manager? We also need to see ALL of your PC hardware parts list.

Click on CPU(descending order) and you will see what is using it.

You could to go the chrome task manager by clicking the three dots on the top right side of google and click more tools and task manager.
Shorter way is to press shift and escape.
Your extensions might be a problem too. Right now on my pc google is taking up 7% of cpu. Ad block might be the problem if you have it added.
