super high png

when ever i try to stream my png goes through the roof my upload speed is 474 kbp and my download speed is 377
i have a gtx 1060 6 gb
i5 6600
8 gb ram
1 tb hdd

That would make sense, streaming is a really high upload speed eater. I even have trouble with a 10 MB upload. Whenever you start streaming almost all of your bandwidth is going to be taken up by the streaming and you will have little to none left for streaming.
