Question Super Lightweight Web Browser?

Anyone know of a windows browser that has NO features.
Like just a window with a url bar and thats it.
I just want the smallest simplest browser so I can just go to my router gui and thats it.
The browser Surf looks to be the closest one, but not for win10.

If one doesn't exist, I suppose I'll have to code my own crappy one in python...

149 mb is pretty sizable. I saw that surf is only a few kb. Is this even possible on windows?

You're talking about Windows 10. You cannot get away from IE11 or Edge, so why not use them anyway?

Just like chrome, these browsers perform a lot of other functions on the internet. A lot of unnecessary connections.
