SUPER loud PC help!

My PC is incredibly loud when under load. It sounds like a jet taking off!

I have a video clip of it running under load (I was either playing something or rendering by i forget which).

It has a FX-6300 with a GTX 960 (EVGA SSC 2gb) stock AMD heat sink and whatever rear case fan was with the case, and I replaced the two front fans with rosewill 120mm fans. The case is a thermaltake versa H22 window.

Please identify the problem and provide some solutions (this is my first build so I'm kind of a newb)

Yes the window is broken, this happened in shipping and I am trying to get it replaced.

Download MSI afterburner: https://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner
and check your CPU and GPU load temperatures.

Also, can you identidy what fan this noise is mainly coming from.

I can almost confirm that the AMD heat sink is the main(might not be the only) culprit.

If you don't plan to OC get an aftermarket one like beQuiet! Dark Rock 3

Rule of a thumb, the smaller the fan, usually the noisier they are...

I'm definitely over clocking at some point.

It is still miles better than the stock one and can stand some mild OC. Otherwise jump right into water cooling

Watercooling with a fx-6300? It sounds like overkill and is definitely out of my budget (~$30)
