My Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503QR was sent out for repair through best buy geek squad because of damage to my motherboard. They replaced my motherboard and after returning the computers graphics card(RTX 3070) has been heavily underperforming. I ran a benchmark yesterday and today and these were my results

I had no applications running in the background during both tests and the GPU was performing in the 3rd percentile yesterday and the 1st percentile today. I've updated all drivers to my CPU and GPU as well as double checked that all previous software was running on the computer.

What could be the issue and is there a way to fix it?
