That looks highly inefficient and honestly - stupid.
Lot of really bad choices there.
64Gb of ram? What's the use case here?
6TB os SSD storage? Again - why?
RTX 2080 ti for $1700 , when you can get it for ~$1000 ?
1200W PSU ? Absolutely unnecessary for these components.

I'm guessing you have no intention of ever actually building something like this, you just want to see how much you can spend on a PC? Might as well throw another 2080 Ti in there then.

Or that w processor that was reviewed yesterday on Tom's... It's a miserable build for most uses. Probably could get more performance for less money in several places

I do stream, and I need to start doing a bunch of video editing and stuff to break into Youtube.

If I had unlimited funds I'd get a 9900k and a rtx Titan. With any sort of gaming in mind anything else is going to hurt performance more than it helps
