I have made a thread about a similar question but I want to make sure, I am looking for a small and super quiet CPU Cooler that also cools well for a budget of 80-100 AUS Dollars (Preferably black and red) thanks for reading and if you comment thanks for helping me out, also my CPU is a AMD FX 6300 and Mobo is a MSI 970 Gaming Mobo

The Noctua is out of my price range but I was looking and found the Hyper 212X is that bettter than the 212 evo

The Noctua is out of my price range but I was looking and found the Hyper 212X is that bettter than the 212 evo

212x has better fan and some increase in performance both great
