32gb Ripjaw mem
500gb or so M.2 SSD
8tb Harddrive.
Low profile graphics as best as i can get, 1080 or something

Those are very powerful components inside. Going too small can lead to thermal issues. You need some room for heat dissipation.

mobo has x2 4-pin fan connectors. by using this Y splitter you should be able to control the fans located at the bottom at the same time; the other fan connector is for the top fan. what do you think?
 


It is still too compact and cramped up for comfortable air flow. And all the hassle for how much difference? Theres not much in terms of sff vs mini itxdt.
