Question Super strange windows screen effect behavipor

Hi All,

I've been having some very weird windows effects after updating to Windows 11 Insider Preview 100226241391 (ni_release). Seems to occur mainly on microsoft apps, but I get this oily weird effect with arrows and gridlines fading and appearing. Very difficult to describe so please see attached. Any insight is appreciated.
