Super Talent DDR3-1600 & 7.0-7-7-18 timings

Anandtech has covered the launch of Super Talent's new DDR3 module.

Aside the whole DDR3 price issue, what's really interesting here is that such timings of 7-7-7-18 at 1600 speeds were not expected until next year. (EDIT: according to Anand's article)
