Super weird issues with nvidia and windows 10

I updated my computer's windows to the newest update (feature update) and then my GPU wasnt detected at all. I tried everything like reinstalling the drivers and checking the device manager and my gpu didnt show up or work at all. When i tried opening csgo it said it was using microsoft basic render. My friend suggested i revert updates so i did. I reverted the update then the gpu was detected. So now the problem is that my gpu is severely underperforming in all games. Fps benchmarked on csgo before this was 190 and now with all the same settings and stuff its at 130. anyone got any solutions? My pc is a alienware alpha r2 with a gtx 960 i7 6700t

Revert back to previous version of your GPU driver, see if that helps... Also disable Xbox DVR and Full screen optimisation.

The revert driver button is grayed out xbox game dvr is already off and full screen optimisation is no longer a function on my version of windows 10

What i meant is do a clean uninstall of the Graphics Driver and Install an older version to see if that fixes the problem...

try reinstalling the chipset drivers for the mb. if there damaged the gpu wont work. also if your gpu can be removed from your laptop check that it still seated.
