Superfetch service stopping automatically

So I was tweaking my windows 7 for better performance from a certain youtube video where I disabled superfetch.Later I realised I use readyboost and I need superfetch for that.Now,no matter how many times I start superfetch,it automatically stops after 10-15 seconds,any solutions?

The "startup type" should be set to automatic. Make sure you select "apply" then "ok". Then restart your computer.

Just to clarify, are you using an SSD or HDD? If you are using an SSD, Windows will disable Superfetch automatically. Did you modify the registry or disable Superfetch through services?Any chance you can provide the link to the video you watched?
