Question Supermicro Motherboard doesn't recognize all the memory

Here are my specs:
Motherboard: Supermicro X10-DAi
CPU: Intel Xeon E5 2698 v4
Memory: 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4-2133MHz PC4-17000 ECC RDIMM 2Rx4 1.2V Registered Memory for Server/Workstation

The problem is, I follow the instruction of the manual

But my motherboard only recognized one stick of memory in the A1 slot, the others are not working.
Any suggestion of any possibility please.

so b1,c1,d1,a2,b2,c2,dc doesn't work with either stick by itself?

Correct. But I just tested, and strange thing happened.
If I put sticks in A1 B1 E1 F1, nothing posted on screen.
Edited: A1 E1 won't post too.
