Question Supermicro SYS-1028U

The systems have been operational for years. I shut them down to move and now when I power on I get power all fans are running at high speed but no POST and no video no beeps. What I do have are all 10 drives are flashing blue. I updated both systems to the last BIOS and Firmware. I can talk to the IPMI but only limited. I get no info on Health. I can turn on the system with remote console but the IPMI GUI says its not on. I can reset IPMI but not the system. I've cleaned every connector removed and replaced memory. I've run on single CPU withe minimum memory. The only time I get a beep is when I unplug one of the power supplies. With alll the blue lights flashing I thought the Raid was rebuilding so I left on for a few hours. One ore two times one of the system would try to POST but hang at PE-IPMI initialization and I let run for an hour with no change. Most of the time all I get when I power on are Blue drive lights flashing no video or POST.

Not sure what User Guide/Manual to apply but I am wondering about what the flashing blue lights actually indicate?

Problems after a physical move may simply be that some connection or component was jarred loose.

However, you have two separate servers ("both systems") displaying the same post move behavior - correct?

Do they share some common power source?
