Supermicro X8SAX powers on without video

Hello,

I recently tried installed a supermicro X8SAX with a Xeon 5630 processor, PNY nVIDIA quadro 2000 video card, the approved kingston ECC ram, and a CORSAIR 750 watt ATX/EPS 12V power supply.

I turn on the computer and there is no video. I try troubleshooting, but there is no beeping sound what so ever. I believe the motherboard does have a built-in speaker.

Do, I need a bios upgrade... If I am using the wrong power supply, what power supply do you recommend?
