They are HYBRID drives that use flash as cache. This way, you get most of the benefit of SSD's performance without sacrificing space. The 2TB model will probably end up costing over $300 though.

SuperTalent quotes 800MB/s for their hybrid drives which would exceed SATA3's theoretical capacity by about 33%.
