I was thinking of a supervillian, "Fugu", that has the powers of the
blowfish. What is the point cost for "Poisonous if prepared improperly"?

Hmm, if you're doing it in fourth edition, it'd be an Innate Attack
inflicting Toxic damage with the Contact limitation. Maybe throw in
another limitation (-30%, liver and guts only or something).

He might also need to eat certain stuff to get the power -- the fugu
doesn't make the toxin itself, but accumulates it from eating nasty
stuff off the bottom of the ocean.

I'd call it a perk mostly.

It's not like it affects the character much.

hmmm - how often does he expect to be eaten ?

it seems a rather deafeatist attitude that you anticipate your enemies
eating you

as a " fugu " type poison attack would it not be better to be able to
extrude a tasty substance that will be both poisonous and VERY desirable -
ie a compulsion to eat it as a linked power

alternatly be able to transform begnign substances to poisons by touch -
would be a usefull assasin power

Hmm, I thought the fugu made its own poison. Then I suppose immunity to
at least certain types of poisons might be in order, too. When injested,
anyway. Immunity to Poison (Ingestion Only)?

Do you want an honest answer, or are you just glad to see me?

In the meaning of "you take damage if you eat [part of] him?".
REALLY REALLY LOW. Maybe just a perk, if it involves injuring himself
BADLY. IIRC, the blowfish'poison is located in a vital organ.

If he has some other form of attack, figure out as usual.
