Support 3000 or 3200 ram kit ?

Solution
it supports both. more importantly is whether or not the motherboard supports those speeds and even more importantly if you can run those speeds when overclocked

But faster RAM will result in better CPU performance regardless of overclock or not. So for example the 2400G running at stock speeds will perform better with 3200Mhz RAM vs running it with 3000Mhz RAM. Just how Ryzen works.

IDK. Depends on the motherboard and what kit you're referring to.

Just google it and find out.

If you already have a motherboard and CPU and are just trying to figure out which RAM to get then just google for your motherboard and find out what speeds it supports and look at the QVL list on the website.

If looking to build a new system then do your homework on each motherboard you are thinking of getting to see what's what with it.
